摘要
新医改是促进未来医疗卫生事业发展,实现全面建成医保体系战略目标的有力推手。随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,公立医院集团化已成为当前城市医院发展的主要趋势,在促进区域医疗资源优化配置等方面发挥了重要作用。公立医院集团化管理模式下的规模和经营范围不断扩大,通过构建财务共享中心,能够有效提高财务管理水平,增强对成员单位的管控能力,实现资源共享、管理统一等目标。文章就如何构建新医改背景下公立医院集团化财务共享中心进行了探讨,为公立医院集团健康稳定发展提供有力支撑。
The new medical reform is a powerful driving force to promote the development of medical and health undertakings in the future and realize the strategic goal of building a comprehensive medical insurance system.With the deepening of the reform of the medical system,the collectivization of public hospitals has become the main trend of the development of urban hospitals,and has played an important role in promoting the optimal allocation of regional medical resources.The scale and business scope of public hospitals under the group management mode are expanding.By building a financial sharing center,it can effectively improve the level of fin ancial m anagement,enhance the control ability of m ember units,and achieve the goals of res ource s haring and unified management.This paper discusses how to construct the financial sharing center of public hospital group under the background of new medical reform,and provides strong support f or the healthy and stable development of public hospital group.
