摘要
激发科技创新活力,促进科技发展,是经济高质量发展的必要条件。针对工程建设企业科研管理特点,讨论了作为激发企业科技创新活力的两个具体方法:提升科研项目管理水平和积极培育科技成果。通过对科研管理问题的具体细分,从多角度出发,系统提出了科研项目管理各环节的改进建议;通过对科技成果培育思路的阐述及要素的分析,探寻复杂体系中的关键要素,并提出了科技成果培育的具体操作措施。
Stimulating the vitality of scientific and technological innovation and promoting the development of science and technology are the requisite for the development of high quality economy.We explore two specific methods to stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation in engineering construction enterprises:enhancing research project management,and fostering scientific and technological achievements.By taking multiple perspectives on resolving particular research management problems,we provide suggestions on enhancing the various aspects of research project management in a systematic manner.By elaborating the ideas and analyzing the elements of cultivating scientific and technological achievements,we delve into the key factors of the complex system and give specific operational measures.
