摘要
目的探究温经汤联合八珍汤对气滞血瘀型月经不调患者性激素水平的影响及安全性分析。方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月诊断为气滞血瘀型月经不调的84例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例;对照组患者采取常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上进行温经汤联合八珍汤治疗,比较2组患者的中医证候积分、性激素水平及治疗安全性。结果治疗后,2组患者中医证候积分水平均改善,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者性激素水平均改善,且研究组促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、促卵泡素(FSH)均低于对照组(P<0.05),孕酮(P)含量高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温经汤联合八珍汤在气滞血瘀型月经不调患者中应用效果较佳,能够改善中医临床症状,调节性激素水平,且治疗安全性较好。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction on the level of sex hor-mone in patients with irregular menstruation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty-four patients with irregular men-struation diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis type from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treat-ment,the TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were improved,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sex hormones in both groups were improved,and the contents of luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the contents of progesterone(P)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion The application effect of Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction in patients with irregular menstruation of qi stag-nation and blood stasis type is better.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the level of sex hormones,and has good treatment safety.
