摘要
文章旨在研究发酵杂粕替代豆粕对育肥猪生长性能、器官指数及屠宰性能的影响。试验选取80头健康状况良好,初始体重无显著差异的育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组育肥猪饲喂5%、10%、15%发酵杂粕替代豆粕的试验日粮,试验为期56 d。结果显示:(1)试验Ⅰ组育肥猪结测重量显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组育肥猪平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组育肥猪料重比显著低于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。(2)4组育肥猪的器官指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)试验Ⅰ组活体重、胴体重均显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组眼肌面积显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮中5%发酵杂粕替代豆粕能提高育肥猪生长性能和屠宰性能。
This experiment aims to investigate the effects of fermented miscellaneous meal replacing soybean meal on the growth performance,organ index,and slaughter performance of fattening pigs.80 fattening pigs with good health and no significant difference in initial weight were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group,with 5 pigs in each replicate.The control group of fattening pigs were fed a basic diet,while the experimental groups I,II,and III were fed an experimental diet of 5%,10%,and 15%fermented miscellaneous meal instead of soybean meal.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed that:(1)The measured weight of group I fattening pigs was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the average daily gain and feed intake of group I fattening pigs were significantly higher than that of group III(P<0.05).The feed to weight ratio of group I fattening pigs was significantly lower than that of group II and group III(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in organ index among the four groups of finishing pigs(P>0.05).(3)The live weight and carcass weight of Group I were significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the eye muscle area of Group I was significantly higher than that of Group II and Group III(P<0.05).Conclusion:Replacing soybean meal with 5%fermented miscellaneous meal in the basic diet can improve the growth performance and slaughter performance of fattening pigs.
