日粮添加不同水平辣椒碱对肉羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及饲养经济效益的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平辣椒碱对肉羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及饲养经济效益的影响。试验将40只杜泊羊公羊随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加50、100、200mg/kg的辣椒碱,试验为期45d。结果表明:(1)2、3组平均日增重、平均日采食量显著高于1、4组(P<0.05),2、3组料重比显著低于1、4组(P<0.05);(2)3组乙酸占比显著高于1组(P<0.05),1组丙酸占比显著高于2、3、4组(P<0.05),1组乙丙比显著低于2、3、4组(P<0.05);(3)3组每只羊每消耗1kg日粮所获收益最高,比1、2、4组分别提高0.270、0.015、0.540元。综上所述,在肉羊基础日粮中添加适量辣椒碱可提高肉羊生长性能,改善瘤胃发酵作用及促进经济收益的增长。在本试验中,在基础日粮中添加100mg/kg的辣椒碱对肉羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及饲养经济效益的提升效果最佳。 The purpose of the experiment is to study the effects of adding different levels of capsaicin to diet on the growth performance,rumen fermentation and feeding economic benefits of meat and sheep.In the experiment,40 Dupo sheep rams were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 repetitions in each group,1 repeat.The feeding basic diet of group 1 was in the control group.Groups 2,3 and 4 of the test added 50,100 and 200 mg/kg of capsaicin to the basic diet respectively,with a test period of 45 days.The results showed that:(1)the average daily weight gain and average daily intake of groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than that of groups 1 and 4(P<0.05),and the material weight ratio of groups 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that of groups 1 and 4(P<0.05);(2)The proportion of acetic acid in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),the proportion of propionic acid in group 1 was significantly higher than that in groups 2,3 and 4(P<0.05),and the ratio of acetic acid in group 1 was significantly lower than that in groups 2,3 and 4(P<0.05);(3)the income of 1Kg of diet consumed per sheep in Group 3 was the highest,0.270 yuan,0.015 yuan and 0.540 higher than groups 1,2 and 4,respectively.To sum up,adding an appropriate amount of capsaicin to the basic diet of meat and sheep can promote the growth performance of meat and sheep,improve the fermentation of rumen and the growth of economic benefits.In this experiment,adding 100mg/kg capsaicin to the basic diet has the best effect on improving the growth performance and economic benefits of meat and sheep.
