摘要
在确定投资规模、厂址选择和产能后,新建钢丝绳制造企业需要确定钢丝绳生产工艺,再按照工艺路径做建设项目环境影响评价报告。依据钢丝绳标准、生产工艺与环评报告选定主要生产设备的型号,依照预期规模计算生产设备数量,需要考虑钢丝绳质量水平、制造成本、环境影响等因素。应采用行业最先进工艺技术与设备,最大限度满足用户对高质量、长寿命钢丝绳要求,提高企业市场竞争力。磷化涂层钢丝绳证明了表面处理可以大幅度提高使用寿命,涂层化处理是钢丝绳制造技术的发展方向。
After determining investment scale,site selection and production capacity,new wire rope manufacturing enterprises need to determine wire rope production process,then make environmental impact assessment report of construction project according to process path.According to wire rope standard,production process and EIA report,the model of primary production equipment is selected,and quantity of production equipment is calculated according to expected scale,wire rope quality level,manufacturing cost,environmental impact should be considered.The industry’s most advanced technology and equipment should be adopted to meet demand of customers for high quality and long life wire rope to maximum extent and improve market competitiveness of enterprises.Phosphating coated wire rope proved that surface treatment can significantly improve service life,coating treatment is development direction of wire rope manufacturing technology.
