摘要
目的:探讨低频脉冲电治疗联合应用行为分析法(ABA)训练在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析103例ASD患儿临床资料,将行ABA训练的51例患儿纳入对照组,行低频脉冲电治疗联合ABA训练的52例患儿纳入观察组,采用孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)及婴幼儿-初中生生活能力评定量表(S-M)评分评估2组治疗6个月后的疗效。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组ATEC评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ABC评分(52.25±3.12)分和CARS评分(30.37±2.23)分均明显低于对照组的ABC(59.44±3.56)分和CARS(33.49±2.31)分(P<0.05);观察组S-M评分(9.78±1.01)分高于对照组的(8.23±1.09)分(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电治疗联合ABA训练可明显改善ASD患儿社交、语言、感知觉、健康行为等功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with applied behavior analysis(ABA)training in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods The clinical data of 103 children with ASD admitted were collected by retrospective analysis.The data of 51 children who underwent ABA training were collected and included in the control group.The data of 52 children who underwent low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with ABA training were collected and included in the observation group.The efficacy of the two groups after 6 months of treatment was evaluated using the Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC),Autism Child Behavior Examination Checklist(ABC),Childhood Autism Rating Checklist(CARS),and Infant-Middle School Student Life Ability Rating Scale(S-M)scores.Result:After 6 months of treatment,the social,language,perception,and health behavior scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The ABC and CARS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The S-M scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy and ABA training can significantly improve the social,language,sensory perception,health behavior,and other functions of children with ASD,and improve their daily living ability.
