摘要
本文从食品安全危机的特点入手,着重研究食品安全公共危机处置。通过分析梳理食品安全公共危机的基本内容和要点,探讨危机预防体系建设、危机处理及危机善后的相关程序和技巧,力求进一步提高食品安全公共危机处置能力,维护正常、有序的社会秩序,使公众的身体健康与生命安全得到保障。
This paper starts from the characteristics of food safety crisis,focusing on the study of food safety public crisis disposal.By analyzing and sorting out the basic contents and main points of food safety public crisis,exploring the construction of crisis prevention system,crisis handling and crisis aftermath related procedures and techniques,it seeks to further improve the ability of food safety public crisis handling,maintain normal and orderly social order,so that the public’s physical health and life safety can be safeguarded.
