摘要
大豆因高营养价值受到人们的广泛喜爱,已被广泛开发为各种大豆制品。我国大豆种植面积及年产量较高,但仍无法满足人们的需求,每年仍需要从国外进口大量大豆。本文针对大豆需求量急速增加的原因进行解析,并分析了进口大豆安全储藏的注意事项以及在储藏中可以采用的一些技术措施。
Soybeans are widely loved by people for their high nutritional value and have been widely developed into various types of soybean products.The planting area and annual yield of soybeans in China are relatively high,but they still cannot meet people’s needs,and a large amount of soybeans still need to be imported from abroad every year.This article analyzes the background of the rapid increase in demand for soybeans,and analyzes the precautions for safe storage of imported soybeans and some technical measures that can be adopted in storage.
