摘要 提取物在确保产品质量均一及标准化生产等方面的明显优势,给保健食品产业的集约化发展提供了便利,也为进一步推动扩大植物类原料的备案范围创造了条件。本文重点对以提取物为原料的保健食品的审评和生产许可要求、基本情况等进行了介绍,对审评常见问题进行了分析,以期为提取物类保健食品的研发提供参考。 The obvious advantages of extracts in ensuring uniform product quality and standardized production have provided convenience for the intensive development of the health food industry,and also created the conditions for further pushing forward the expansion of the filing scope of plant-based raw materials.In this paper,the review,production license requirements and basic situation of health foods using extracts as raw materials were introduced,and the common problems in the review were analyzed,in order to provide reference for the research and development of extract based health foods.
