可免去海水碱度因素下脱硫系统经济节能运行的研究

摘要 针对燃煤电厂脱硫取水口海水碱度不稳定且变化范围较广,脱硫系统因海水HCO_(3)^(-)离子浓度设计取值普遍偏低导致长期运行耗能大、不经济的问题,通过分析不同海水HCO_(3)^(-)离子浓度、煤种燃烧时SO_(2)生成量对变更喷淋层投/切层数后烟气SO_(2)浓度排放变化量的影响,发现了煤种燃烧时SO_(2)生成量和烟气SO_(2)浓度排放变化量之间的特殊规律,提出了可利用煤种燃烧时SO_(2)生成量替代海水HCO_(3)^(-)离子浓度指导确定喷淋层投/切策略的方法,实现脱硫系统的经济节能运行。 Seawater at desulfurization inlet of coal plants usually has unstable and widely varying alkalinity,and the design value of seawater HCO_(3)^(-)ion concentration is generally low in the desulfurization system,leading to high energy consumption and uneconomic operation in the long term.By analyzing the influence of HCO_(3)^(-)ion concentration in different seawater and SO_(2)generation amount in coal combustion on variation of SO_(2)concentration emission in flue gas after changing the spraying/cutting layer of spray,the special law between SO_(2)generation in coal combustion and SO_(2)concentration emission variation in flue gas was found.In order to realize economical and energy-saving operation of desulfurization system,a method determining spraying/cutting of spray layer according to coal combustion-induced SO_(2)generation rather than seawater HCO_(3)^(-)ion concentration is proposed,which may considerably facilitate cost-effective and energy-saving operation of desulfurization system.
