极端海水水质下实现SO_(2)达标排放燃煤选用探究 被引量:1

摘要 越南滨海某电厂配套建设海水脱硫系统,因为海水取水口紧靠运河,在雨季时大量淡水由运河下泄至取水口,导致取水口HCO_(3)^(-)离子浓度降低。HCO_(3)^(-)作为海水脱硫的主要有效离子,其浓度对海水脱硫的运行方式有着显著的影响。通过收集大量煤质资料,计算燃烧后烟气SO_(2)浓度,研究煤质主要元素与SO_(2)浓度关系。根据脱硫系统烟气SO_(2)浓度与HCO_(3)^(-)的关系曲线,寻求雨季HCO_(3)^(-)离子浓度极端情况下对煤质的要求。研究结果可对煤炭的采购计划、机组负荷的调度计划提供指导性建议。 Seawater desulfurization system is built together with a coastal coal-fired power station in Vietnam.Because the seawater intake is close to the canal,a large amount of fresh water is discharged from the canal to the intake during the rainy season,resulting in a decrease in the concentration of HCO_(3)^(-) ion at the intake.As the main effective ion of seawater desulfurization,the concentration of HCO_(3)^(-) has a significant effect on the operation mode of seawater desulfurization.By collecting a large number of coal quality data and calculating the concentration of SO_(2) in flue gas after combustion,the relationship between the main elements of coal quality and the concentration of SO_(2) was studied.According to the relation curve of flue gas SO_(2) concentration and HCO_(3)^(-) in desulfurization system,the coal quality requirement under the extreme condition of HCO_(3)^(-) ion concentration in rainy season is sought.The research results can provide guidance and suggestions for coal purchasing plan and unit load scheduling plan.
