摘要
传统的电站布置中,断路器进出线两侧都需设置隔离开关和接地开关,但设备占地面积大、造价高、元件多,发生故障的概率相对也高。为了改善这种情况,提出了隔离断路器的理念。隔离断路器不但具备灭弧的功能,还有隔离的作用,既减小了占地面积,又提高了系统的可靠性。隔离断路器中的灭弧断口在跳闸后其两端回路仍处于导通状态,因此在隔离断路器中设置一个隔离断口来切断回路。隔离断路器作为一个整体,外部操作只需通过控制信号来完成,因此对灭弧断口和隔离断口的控制采用自主顺序控制的方式,即两个断口采用一套控制系统进行跳合闸操作,提高了操作的可靠性。
In the traditional layout of power station,isolation switch and earthing switch are needed on both sides of the incoming and outgoing line of circuit breaker.In order to improve this situation,the idea of isolating circuit breaker is put forward,so that the isolating circuit breaker has the functions of not only quenching arc but also isolating,reducing the area occupation and improving system reliability.In order to cut off the circuit of the isolation circuit breaker,an isolation break is arranged in the isolation circuit breaker,because the two end circuits of the isolation circuit breaker are still on-line after the arc-extinguishing break is opened.As the isolation circuit breaker is a whole part,the external operation can be completed by only one control signal,so the control of arc-extinguishing break and isolation fracture is automatic and sequential control,that is to say,a set of control system is adopted for the operation of the two fractures,which improves the reliability of the operation.
