摘要
不调硼负荷跟踪运行可通过棒控系统自动完成,负荷跟踪过程基本不需要频繁地调硼操作,可减轻操作员负担,允许简化化容系统设计,可降低废水处理成本。国内自主研发的ACP600将开发具有不调硼负荷跟踪能力的MODE-C运行与控制模式。在新的控制模式下,不调硼负荷跟踪过程中可对ΔI进行更精确的控制,具有运行带和控制死区双重嵌套的控制方式。研究表明:一维程序GENONE对该种控制模式不调硼负荷跟踪模拟上存在不足,通过对GENONE程序模型及功能分析,研究MODE-C运行模式的搜索策略、运行带和控制死区双重嵌套的控制方式以及集成式输入的模型实现方式,并将上述模型集成至GENONE程序中形成改进程序。改进后的程序继承了GENONE程序功能,并很好地完成了MODE-C模式下不调硼负荷跟踪的模拟。
The operation of load following with constant boron can complete automatically by the rod control system,which can reduce the burden of operators,require little frequent boron control in the load-following process,and allow to simplify the design of the chemical and volume control system to reduce waste water treatment costs.The domestic self-developed ACP600 will develop a MODE-C operation and control mode with the loadfollowing ability with constant boron.In the new control mode,theΔI can be controlled more precisely in the process of load following with constant boron,with a double-nesting control mode of the running band and the control dead zone.The study shows that the one-dimensional program GENONE has shortcomings in the simulation of the load following with constant boron of this control mode.Through the analysis of the model and function of GENONE,the search strategy of the MODE-C operation mode,the double-nesting control mode of the running band and the control dead zone,and the model implementation mode of integrated input are studies,and the above model is integrated into GENONE to from an improved program.It is verified that the improved program inherits the functions of GENONE and well completes the simulation of load following with constant boron in the MODE-C mode.
