摘要
电能计量是电力系统的重要组成部分,也是电力系统运行的基础,在实际工作中,电能计量的工作人员必须严格遵守相关的规定和标准,认真履行工作职责,保证在电能计量现场作业的过程中不发生任何安全事故。随着社会经济的不断发展,电力系统也不断改革和完善,现阶段我国电力系统中有很多影响电能计量现场作业安全的因素存在,需要采取必要的措施来控制这些安全风险因素,保证电能计量现场作业工作不会受到影响。对目前我国电能计量现场作业存在的安全风险进行分析,并提出有效的应对策略。
Electric energy metering is an important part of the power system,is also the basis of the operation of the power system,in the actual work,the staff of electric energy metering staff must strictly abide by the relevant regulations and standards,conscientiously perform their duties,to ensure that no safety accidents in the process of field operation of electric energy metering.With the continuous development of social economy,the power system is also constantly reformed and improved.At the present stage,there are many factors affecting the field operation safety of electric energy metering.It is necessary to take necessary measures to control these safety risk factors to ensure that the field operation of electric energy metering will not be affected.This paper analyzes the safety risks existing in the field operation of electric energy metering in China,and puts forward effective coping strategies.
