用电信息采集系统的应用现状及发展趋势

摘要 用电信息采集系统是建设能源互联型电网的重要组成部分。主要介绍在科学飞速进步下电力系统中用电信息采集系统如何向信息化、智能化转变,介绍新一代用电信息采集系统通过系统主站、通信信道、采集设备及计量装置等构成并实现用户的用电信息双向交互和实时采集分析,分别从国内外层面分析系统的应用建设情况和发展历程,探讨研究能源互联网战略下用电信息采集的关键技术,包括海量数据处理、载波通信标准化、预付费控制、多样化资费、信息安全保护等的应用,并提出稳步推进新时代用电信息采集系统建设的建议。 The electricity consumption information collection system is an important part of the construction of an energy interconnected power grid.This paper mainly introduces how the electricity information collection system in the power system adapts to the transformation to informatization and intelligence under the rapid progress of science,and introduces the new generation of electricity information collection system through the system main station,communication channel,collection equipment and metering device to form and realize the two-way interaction and real-time collection and analysis of the user’s power consumption information.The application construction and development history of the system were analyzed from the domestic and foreign levels,and the key technologies of power consumption information collection under the energy Internet strategy were discussed,including the application of key technologies such as massive data processing,carrier communication standardization,prepayment control,diversified tariffs,and information security protection.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for steadily promoting the construction of electricity consumption information collection system in the new era.
