“五育融合”背景下普通高中生涯规划活动的现状及促进策略研究

摘要 “五育融合”是新时代中国教育改革与发展面临的重大课题,高中生涯规划教育又是“五育并举”落实的一项重要内容。生涯规划活动作为生涯规划教育的主要路径之一有其不可替代的作用。本研究选取江苏省地区普通高中和部分深圳市普通高中的教师作为调查对象,以探析目前普通高中学生生涯规划活动开展的现状。研究根据现状调查结果,提出普通高中生涯规划活动开展的主要原则,即应遵循学生主体性、形式多样性、开展现实性和效果实践性,在此基础上提出将“五育融合”理念与生涯规划活动相结合的改进策略。 "Integration Education"is a major issue of Chinese education reform and development in the new era.Senior high school career planning education is an important content of the simultaneous implementation of"Integration Education".As one of the main paths of career planning education,career planning activities play an irreplaceable role.The teachers of ordinary high schools in Jiangsu Province and Shenzhen were selected as the investigation objects to explore the current status of the career planning activities of ordinary high school students.According to the investigation results of the current situation and the principles of career planning activities in ordinary high schools,that is,students'subjectivity,diversity of forms,reality and practicability,the improvement strategy of combining the"integration education"and career planning activities was put forward.
