摘要
目目的:探讨泰欣生联合放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效并对其安全性进行分析。方法:以随机抽签法将在医院进行治疗的60例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组和观察组分别给予顺铂和泰欣生联合放疗进行治疗,两组均连续治疗6次。评估两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD19^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,对两组不良发应发生率和总生存率、复发率以及转移率情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者免疫指标水平均有所下降,但观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD19^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良发应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组患者生存率较高,且复发率、远处淋巴结转和颈部淋巴结转移率均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:采用泰欣生联合放疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌进行治疗,临床效果显著,不仅有利于提高患者的生存率,降低其复发率和转移率,且不会对患者的免疫功能造成较大影响,同时也能降低不良发应发生率,具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Taixinsheng combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:Sixty patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent treatment in hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with cisplatin and Taixinsheng combined with radiotherapy,both groups receiving 6 consecutive treatments.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups,compare the levels of immune function(CD3^(+),CD19^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after treatment,and compare the incidence of adverse reactions,overall survival rate,recurrence rate,and metastasis rate between the two groups.the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of immune indicators in both groups decreased,but the levels of CD3^(+),CD19^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher survival rate and significantly lower recurrence rate,distant lymph node metastasis,and cervical lymph node metastasis rates(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Taixinsheng combined with radiotherapy for the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a significant clinical effect.It is not only beneficial for improving the survival rate of patients,reducing their recurrence and metastasis rates,but also does not have a significant impact on their immune function.It can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and has high safety.
