摘要
目的观察分析硬核白内障患者临床施行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗对临床疗效及症状的改善作用。方法根据随机数表法将2020年1月-2021年12月本院60例硬核白内障患者分为对照组(30例,应用行超声乳化白内障术)、观察组(30例,应用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术)。对比两组手术效果、术后裸眼视力、手术时间及角膜散光度、并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率96.67%高于对照组76.67%,P<0.05;两组术后3个月的裸眼视力比较差异不显著,P>0.05;术前,对比角膜散光程度及内皮细胞计数,两组之间的差异均不显著,P>0.05;观察组的手术时间短于对照组,且术后1个月的角膜散光程度及内皮细胞计数低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症情况经评估为6.67%,对照组为26.67%,差异较大,P<0.05。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术用于硬核白内障患者治疗,手术时间较短,且可改善其术后裸眼视力及角膜散光度,且术后并发症风险降低,临床疗效及安全性较高,此方案值得临床推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and symptom improvement of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery(sics)for patients with hard core cataract.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with hard nuclear cataract in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into the control group(30 cases,with phacoemulsification),and the observation group(30 cases,with small incision non phacoemulsification).The operation effect,postoperative naked eye vision,operation time,corneal astigmatism and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in naked eye visual acuity between the two groups 3 months after operation(P>0.05);Before operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the degree of corneal astigmatism and endothelial cell count were compared.The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the degree of corneal astigmatism and endothelial cell count one month after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The complications in the observation group were 6.67%and 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery for the treatment of hard nuclear cataract patients has shorter operation time,can improve their postoperative naked eye vision and corneal astigmatism,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and has high clinical efficacy and safety.This scheme is worthy of clinical promotion.
