摘要
为了提升高校人才培养质量,助力文化产业赋能乡村振兴,从耦合角度出发,在理论层面揭示乡村振兴与地方高校文化创意人才培养在“文化、产业、人才、目标”四个维度的共生关系;在实践层面选取浙江某高校乡村建设团队为试点案例,采取自场域观念转变至合作路径扩展的层次性探索方法,构建了以“文化创意合作、产业链条衔接、城乡价值共生”为核心理念的文创乡建模式。该模式融合城乡两大场域,通过跨学科合作整合产业链条,培养乡村文化“资源调查、创意策划、艺术设计、运营管理”四类人才,打造师生“课—岗—证—赛”多维共创平台促进产学研一体化,为高校与地方协同发展提供参考。
To foster cultural empowerment in rural revitalization and enhance cultural and creative academic programs in local universities,this study,based on the coupled symbiosis approach,investigates a certain cultural and creative township initiative at a university in Zhejiang Province,China as a case study and explores the interaction between the rural revitalization and the development of these academic programs.The study progresses from conceptual shifts to the implementation of cooperative strategies,ultimately creating a model centered on“cultural and creative collaboration,industry chain integration,and urban-rural value symbiosis.”This model effectively blends urban and rural characteristics and encompasses the entire cultural and creative industry through an interdisciplinary approach.It aims to foster the comprehensive talent development in rural culture,covering areas such as“resource investigation,creative planning,artistic design,operation,and management,”along with a training program for cultural and creative skills.Furthermore,the model establishes a multi-dimensional co-creation platform to enhance the integration of industry,academia,and research,contributing insights into the collaborative growth of higher education institutions and their local communities.
