离子盐固化环氧乳化沥青性能及微表处路用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用离子盐替代常用的胺类作为水性环氧树脂的固化剂,对乳化沥青进行改性,对其高低温稳定性、黏附性和相容稳定性进行分析,同时对其微表处混合料进行研究,并与常规的胺类环氧树脂固化剂性能进行对比。试验表明:离子盐固化环氧树脂力学和耐热性良好。随着环氧树脂掺量增加,改性乳化沥青的针入度、软化点和黏附性等性能均得到明显改善,离子盐固化环氧树脂改性效果更明显,延度显著下降,同时离子盐环氧树脂与乳化沥青具有良好的相容性。随着环氧树脂掺量的增加,微表处混合料的水稳定性和抗高温变形能力不断提高,离子盐固化环氧树脂对乳化沥青微表处混合料的改性效果更明显。 Ionic salt was used instead of conventional amine as waterborne epoxy resin curing agent to modify the emulsified asphalt.The high and low temperature stability,adhesion and compatibility stability were analyzed,and the micro-surface mixture was studied,meanwhile the performance was compared with that of conventional amine epoxy resin curing agent.The results show that ionic salt cured epoxy resin has good mechanical and heat resistance.With the increase of epoxy resin content,the needle penetration,softening point and adhesion of modified asphalt were improved,and the modification effect of ionic salt-cured epoxy resin was more obvious,ductility decreased significantly,meanwhile ionic salt epoxy resin had good compatibility with emulsified asphalt.The water stability and high temperature deformation resistance of the micro-surface mixture were enhanced,and the effect on the micro-surface mixture of the epoxy emulsified asphalt cured by ion salt was more obvious.
