摘要 利用非等温式差示扫描量热法(DSC)和傅里叶红外光谱分析方法(FTIR)对路用环氧沥青的固化机理进行了研究。根据不同升温速率下路用环氧沥青固化反应的DSC曲线,基于热分析动力学的方法,确定固化反应动力学参数,利用非线性回归建立了路用环氧沥青固化反应方程,进一步通过红外光谱分析方法验证固化反应方程的合理性和准确性。根据上述反应方程推算出不同温度条件下路用环氧沥青的固化程度和固化时间,从而为基于环氧沥青的长寿命沥青路面施工工艺及交通开放时间的确定提供参考依据。 The curing mechanism of epoxy asphalt was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). According to the curing reaction curve of epoxy asphalt with different heating rates of DSC, the kinetic parameters of curing reaction were determined based on thermal kinetics analysis. Furthermore, established epoxy asphalt curing reaction equation using nonlinear regression. As well as the method of infrared spectrum analysis was further utilized to verify the rationality and accuracy of that curing reaction equation. According to the above reaction equation, curing degree and curing time of epoxy asphalt pavement under different temperature conditions were calculated, so as to provide reference basis for determination based on epoxy asphalt long-life asphalt pavement construction technology and traffic opening time.
