硅藻土负载环氧改性沥青的制备及其与TAF环氧改性沥青性能的对比 被引量:7

摘要 选用双酚A型环氧树脂E44和一种多胺类固化剂对基质沥青进行改性:以硅藻土为载体,负载环氧树脂E44后与沥青、固化剂混合,制备出硅藻土负载环氧改性沥青。对比了硅藻土负载环氧改性沥青和日本TAF环氧改性沥青的流变性能、低温性能、微观结构及经济成本,结果表明硅藻土负载环氧改性沥青具有优异的相容性和高温性能,低温抗裂性能相对较差但完全能满足规范要求,其经济性要远优于TAF环氧沥青。 Bisphenol A epoxy resin E44 and a polyamine curing agent were used to modify the base asphalt.Diatomite was used as a supporter of epoxy resin,diatomite-supported-epoxy resin modifier was added into asphalt and mixed with curing agent to prepare the diatomite-supported-epoxy modified asphalt.The rheological behavior,low-temperature performance,microstructure and economic cost of the diatomite-supported epoxy modified asphalt were analyzed and compared with those of Japanese TAF epoxy modified asphalt.The results show that the diatomite-supported epoxy modified asphalt has excellent compatibility and high-temperature performance.The low-temperature crack resistance performance is relatively poor,but it fully meets the standard specifications requirements of China.Moreover,the economy is much better than TAF epoxy modified asphalt.
