零件几何误差测量虚拟仿真实验平台的设计

摘要 依托机械精度设计及检测的专业知识和信息技术,构建虚拟检测几何误差场景,开发一套具有“学—练—考”三大模块的三坐标几何误差测量虚拟仿真实验教学平台。平台集三坐标测量机的结构、原理、操作、误差评定及数据分析为一体,以工程实际中常用的减速器下箱体为测量对象,按照箱体的实际几何形状和表面进行虚拟仿真环境构建,模拟三坐标测量机的测量原理和工作步骤,高度还原实训体验。提供在不同的实验条件和操作下的检测数据、数据分析和实验操作,以及考核生成的考核线上实验报告作为虚拟仿真实验输出。该平台可供学生自主学习,解决了大型复杂设备测量几何误差实体实验训练不足的问题,加深学生对理论知识的理解和对前沿科学的探索。 Based on the professional knowledge of the mechanical accuracy design and detection and the information technology,the virtual scene of geometric error measurement is constructed,and a set of virtual simulation experimental teaching platform for a three-dimensional geometric error measurement with three modules of learning,practice and examination is developed.The structure,principle,operation,error evaluation and data analysis of the coordinate measuring machine(CMM)are integrated in this platform by taking the lower box of reducer as the measurement object,which is commonly used in the engineering practice.According to the geometric shape and surface of the actual part,a virtual simulation environment is constructed to simulate the measurement principle and work steps of the CMM.The training experience is highly restored.Test data,data analysis and experimental operation under different experimental conditions and operations,and the online test report generated by the assessment as the virtual simulation experiment are taken as experimental output.The platform can be used for students to learn independently.This virtual simulation experiment solves the problem of insufficient training in the physical experiment of measuring geometric errors of a large and complex equipment.Students’understanding of theoretical knowledge has been deepened,and their desire to explore the cutting-edge science has become stronger.
