摘要
城市作为一个复杂的系统,其人口的密集型和空间结构的复杂性,使其在风险事件面前异常脆弱。面对各种不确定性风险的冲击,在深刻认识当前严峻复杂的安全发展形势下,通过提升城市风险防范与应对的社会化、专业化、精细化和信息化,增强城市韧性,能够有效提升城市抗风险能力。
As a complex system,the dense population and complex spatial structure of a city make it extremely vulnerable to risk events.Faced with the impact of various uncertain risks,and a deep understanding of the current severe and complex security development situation,it will be effective to enhance the city’s risk prevention and response ability of socialization,specialization,refinement and informatization of urban.
