摘要
新冠肺炎疫情是一次风险社会的全民启蒙课,今后我们毫无疑问还将会遭遇其他意想不到的灾害风险。正如这次新冠肺炎疫情初期防控,社区在其中扮演着重要角色,但客观上又存在着不少问题与短板,明显反映出社区韧性的不足、韧性社区建设的滞后。在风险社会背景下,各级党委政府要尽快把韧性社区建设摆上议事日程,在韧性城市建设中同步推进韧性社区建设,不断优化韧性社区结构,有效提升社区韧性水平,以更好应对未来可能出现的各种风险挑战冲击。
The outbreak of COVID-19 is a national enlightenment class in a risk society.We will undoubtedly encounter other unexpected calamities in the future.As in the early prevention and control of COVID-19 the communities play an important role in the process.But objectively there are many problems and short boards,which clearly reflect the lack of resilience in communities and the lagging behind in the construction of resilience communities.In the context of risk society,Party committees and governments at all levels should put the construction of resilient communities on the agenda as soon as possible,promote the construction of resilient communities simultaneously in the construction of resilient cities,continuously optimize the structure of resilient communities,and effectively improve the resilience level of communities,so as to better cope with various possible risks and challenges in the future.
