摘要
文中在设定好的5个等级应变率条件下,通过引入拉伸试验系统,对建筑钢筋材料的拉伸力学性能开展试验分析,研究应变率和屈服强度的关系,并且修正本构模型,以获取拉伸应力-应变关系的模型和材料参数。结果表明,钢筋的屈服应力伴随应变率提高而提高,越小的钢筋规格,在高速率下对屈服强度影响较大,完成修正之后的本构模型可以更好地描述拉伸应力-应变关系。
In the article,under the set conditions of 5 levels of strain rates,the tensile mechanical properties of building steel materials were analyzed through the introduction of a tensile experimental system.The relationship between strain rate and yield strength was studied,and the constitutive model was modified to obtain the model and material parameters of the tensile stress-strain relationship.The results indicate that the yield stress of steel bars increases with the increase of strain rate,and the smaller the steel bar size,the greater the impact on yield strength at high rates.The revised constitutive model can better describe the tensile stress-strain relationship.
