摘要
通过对455炉HRB335热轧带肋钢筋随机试样屈服强度和碳当量、硅含量的统计分析,采用数学回归方法建立了HRB335热轧带肋钢筋屈服强度模型,为在实践中合理应用分流轧制技术提供了可靠的理论依据.
Based on a statistic analysis of the yield strength, carbon equivalent and silicon content of 455 heats of HRB335 hot roiled ribbed bar by randomly sampling, a constitutional formulae for calculating the yield strength of HRB335 hot rolled ribbed bar in terms of the carbon equivalent and silicon content was worked out by mathematic regression method. The results provide a theoretic basis for properly making use of the split - flow rolling technique in the production of the ribbed bar.
