摘要
根据选煤厂洗选系统运行及设备布置情况,从脱泥筛布料、重介旋流器出料以及筛面喷水等方面进行优化改造,具体措施为在脱泥筛漏斗内增设导流板缓冲入料,提高布料均衡度;重介旋流器溢流箱增设缓冲斜板,降低出料速度改善精煤弧形筛脱介效果;增设喷头并改进喷头布置,提高喷水覆盖面积及喷水效果;将离心液管路改至粗精煤稀介质筒实现离心液内介质回收;将加压过滤机滤液用浮选机处理,增大精煤产品回收率并净化循环水质。现场应用后,选煤厂洗选介质消耗由1.8 kg/t降至1.1 kg/t,每年可减少介质使用费用约134.4万元,取得较好的应用效果。
According to the operation of the coal preparation plant washing system and equipment layout,optimization and transformation from the desliming screen fabric,heavy media cyclone discharge and screen water spraying and other aspects,specific measures for the desliming screen hopper to add a deflector plate buffer into the material,improve the degree of fabric equalization;heavy media cyclone overflow box buffer ramps,reduce the discharge speed to improve the fine coal arc sieve de-ballasted effect;additional nozzles and improve the layout of the nozzle,improve the water spraying The centrifugal liquid pipeline is changed to the coarse and fine coal dilute medium cylinder to achieve the centrifugal liquid medium recovery;the pressurised filter filtrate is processed by the flotation machine to increase the recovery rate of fine coal products and purify the circulating water quality.After the application on site,the consumption of washing medium in the coal preparation plant is reduced from 1.8 kg/t to 1.1 kg/t,and the annual cost of medium can be reduced by about 1.344 million yuan,which achieves better application effect.
