摘要
针对选煤厂原煤洗选介质消耗量过大的问题,在对造成介质消耗过大原因分析的基础上,从降低入选原煤含泥量、减少矸石带介量、增加磁选机磁选效果等方面对介质回收系统进行针对性改造。改造后的介质回收系统运行效果良好,介质消耗量由2.15 kg/t缩小至1.0 kg/t,可节省介质投入约96.6万元。
In view of the problem of excessive consumption of raw coal washing medium in coal preparation plant, on the basis of analyzing the causes of excessive consumption of medium, the medium recovery system is reformed from the aspects of reducing the content of raw coal, reducing the amount of gangue zone and increasing the magnetic separation effect of magnetic separator. The operation effect of the modified medium recovery system is remarkable, and the medium consumption is reduced from 2.15 kg/t to 1.0 kg/t, saving about 966,000 yuan.
