刮板输送机变频驱动优化研究

摘要 在对3105综采工作面SGB系列刮板输送机驱动装置结构及现场适应存在问题分析基础上,从启动、正常运行两个方面进行变频驱动优化。在启动阶段采用电流、启动时间差方法,在正常运行期间通过直接转矩控制法,实现刮板输送机在启动及正常运行阶段的变频控制以及功率平衡。对刮板输送机变频驱动优化后,采面刮板输送机平稳、高效运行,为后续原煤运输工作高效开展创造了良好条件。 Based on the analysis of the structure of SB series scraper conveyor drive device and the problems of on-site adaptation in 3105 comprehensive mining face,the optimisation of variable frequency drive is carried out from the two aspects of starting and normal operation.In the start-up phase,the current and start-up time difference method is used,and during normal operation,the direct torque control method is used to achieve the frequency control of the scraper conveyor in the start-up and normal operation phases,as well as the power balance.After the optimisation of the frequency conversion drive of the scraper conveyor,the scraper conveyor at the mining face runs smoothly and efficiently,which creates a good condition for the subsequent high efficiency of the raw coal transport work.
