摘要
采用Simulink软件对刮板输送机机头、机尾功率不平衡影响因素进行分析,并掌握负载、电机启动间隔对功率不平衡的影响。提出采用模糊PID控制技术对电机运行进行控制,现场应用后,该控制技术可显著改善机头、机尾电机功率不平衡问题,提高刮板输送机运行可靠性。
Simulink software is used to analyze the factors affecting the power imbalance of scraper conveyor head and tail,and to grasp the influence of load and motor starting interval on the power imbalance.The fuzzy PID control technology is proposed to control the motor operation,and after field application,the control technology can significantly improve the head and tail motor power imbalance problem and improve the reliability of scraper conveyor operation.
