摘要
孟加拉国在南亚大陆上占据着重要的位置,深入理解孟加拉国传媒业的发展现状和特点,对于做好对孟传播和构建南亚命运共同体意义重大。通过对孟加拉国传媒业发展的最新态势进行梳理,发现孟加拉国积极将国内外资本引入本国传媒市场,建构起报纸、电视、广播、数字媒体和社交媒体协同发展的基本格局,以满足受众多样化的信息获取需求;政府通过出台日益严格的法律法规来平衡政府、资本和新闻自由之间的关系,规范传媒业的发展;对于孟加拉国传媒产业的未来发展,“数字化”已成为该国传媒产业发展最重要的驱动力,智能手机作为最重要的上网工具将进一步普及,媒介使用的代际和城乡差异会更加显著,“政府管控”和“新闻自由”间的博弈将日益激烈。
Bangladesh occupies an important position on the South Asian continent.A deep understanding of the current development status and characteristics of the media industry in Bangladesh is of great significance for promoting communication with Bangladesh and building a community with a shared future in South Asia.This study summarizes the latest trends in the development of the media industry in Bangladesh and finds that Bangladesh actively introduces domestic and foreign capital into its media market,constructing a basic pattern of coordinated development of newspapers,television,broadcasting,digital media,and social media to meet the diverse information acquisition needs of its audience;the government regulates the development of the media industry by introducing increasingly strict laws and regulations to balance the relationship between the government,the capital,and press freedom.For the future development of the media industry in Bangladesh,"digitization"has become the most important driving force.Smartphones,as the most important Internet access tool,will be further popularized.The intergenerational and urban-rural differences in media use will be more significant,and the game between"government control"and"press freedom"will become increasingly fierce.
