摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对我国城乡公共体育服务均等化发展的概念、阶段和价值等进行重新解析。研究认为:城乡公共体育服务非均等化发展的成因,主要表现在政治上均等化法律政策制度不完善、经济上城乡公共体育财政投入二元化、理念上多元主体存在主观认知差异、文化上农村“无形”资源配置匮乏等方面。在此基础上,提出完善制度体系、强化财政配置、加深各界认知、提升体育文化软实力等均等化发展路径,以期为我国公共体育服务管理实践和城乡体育融合发展提供借鉴指导。
By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper reanalyzes the concept,stage and value of the equalization development of urban and rural public sports services in China.According to the research,the causes of non-equalization development of urban and rural public sports services are mainly manifested in the incomplete legal and policy system of equalization in politics,the dualization of urban and rural public sports financial input in economy,the subjective cognitive differences of multiple subjects in concept,and the lack of rural intangible resources allocation in culture.On this basis,this paper proposes the equal development path of perfecting the system,strengthening the financial allocation,deepening the cognition of all walks of life,and promoting soft power of sports culture,in order to provide reference for the management practice of public sports services and the integrated development of urban and rural sports in China.
