摘要
在互联网技术(Internet Technology,IT)服务管理实践中,配置管理是整个服务生命周期管理的基础,是控制和协调IT各服务组件的中枢神经。文章针对P公司边缘云项目配置管理过程中出现的问题,结合公司原有配置管理系统现状,基于信息技术基础架构库(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL)4服务配置管理理论,提出了P公司边缘云配置管理的整体优化方案。此方案不仅可以完善P公司边缘云的配置管理工作,还可以提升公司整体配置管理能力,改善公司配置管理系统使用体验。
In Internet Technology(IT)service management practice,configuration management is the basis of the whole service lifecycle management,and is the central nerve for controlling and coordinating the various IT service components.In this paper,we propose an overall optimization plan for the edge cloud configuration management of Company P,based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL)4 service configuration management theory,in response to the problems in the process of configuration management of Company P’s edge cloud project,combined with the current situation of the company’s original configuration management system.Through this solution,it can help P company’s edge cloud configuration management work to be implemented as soon as possible,and improve the company’s overall configuration management capacity building,and improve the company’s configuration management system usage experience and efficiency.
