摘要
任何高价值创新产品的出现都将引来竞争者的关注和模仿,为了充分发挥创新产品的获利能力,企业需要围绕该产品进行有效的专利布局。为了提高专利布局的质量,在研究4种专利组合模式的设计实现原理和过程的基础上,结合企业市场地位和产业技术水平分析,提出基于专利组合模式的布局设计方法。首先依据KANO模型对用户需求进行分类,并在客户满意度调查基础上确定该产品的产业技术水平;然后依据企业的技术现状和目标任务确定其市场地位,从而选择合适的专利组合模式;最后依据不同专利组合模式设计实现过程,完成布局设计。所提方法可以为处于不同市场地位和产业技术水平的企业进行专利布局提供理论依据和方法指导。以中药发药机为例,验证产品的布局设计过程。
The emergence of any high-value innovative product will attract the attention and imitation of competitors.To give full play to the profitability of innovative products,the effective patent layout around the product was needed to carry out for enterprises.To improve the quality of patent layout,based on the study of the design principle and process of four patent portfolio patterns,a layout design method based on patent portfolio pattern was proposed by combining with the analysis of enterprise’s market position and industrial technology level.The user needs were classified according to Kano model,and the industrial technology level of the product was determined on the foundation of customer satisfaction survey.Then,enterprise’s market position was determined according to its technical status and target tasks,and the appropriate patent portfolio pattern was selected.The layout design was completed according to the design process of different patent portfolio patterns.The proposed method could provide theoretical basis and method guidance for patent layout of enterprises in different market position and industrial technology level.Taking the Chinese medicine dispenser as an example,the layout design process of the product was verified.
