摘要
作为我国高等教育系统的重要部分,民办高等教育实现其高质量发展具有必要性和现实性。近年来,高等教育普及化与人口转型联袂而至,对高等教育体系中处于弱势序列的民办高等教育提出了新的挑战。为适应新的社会发展现实,民办高校亟须突破传统办学的窠臼,从守正与颠覆两个角度寻求创新和突破。一方面,民办高校应遵循历时性发展路向,守护高等教育的公共价值与社会属性;另一方面,民办高校必须面对现实条件,以颠覆式创新理论为指导发挥自组织的主体特性。着眼于办学路向、人才培养、学科设置等维度,沿着“守正-创新”双向逻辑主线寻求突破,以推动创新型民办高校高质量高水平发展。
Private colleges and universities play a vital role in China's higher education system,and it is clear and imperative for them to achieve high-quality development.Recent years has witnessed a convergence of trends in higher education popularization and demographic transition,posing new challenges to private higher education institutions that find themselves in a disadvantaged position within the broader educational landscape.To meet the demands of evolving social development,private colleges and universities must break away from the confines of traditional educational paradigms and actively pursue innovations and breakthroughs,adopting a dual approach of conservatism and disruptive innovation.On the one hand,private colleges and universities should adhere to a development trajectory that respects the historical evolution,safeguarding the public value and societal attributes of higher education.On the other hand,they must confront current conditions and leverage the guiding principles of disruptive innovation theory to unleash their self-organizing characteristics.Focusing on dimensions such as educational direction,talent cultivation,and academic disciplines,private colleges and universities should explore breakthroughs by following the dual logic of"conservatism-innovation",propelling the development of innovative private colleges and universities towards high quality and excellence.
