摘要
《伤寒选珠》是清代蓝德光纂辑前贤伤寒辨证用药以及其痧证治疗经验的著作,历代文献记载此书甚少,其面貌及价值至今未有探索。文章从痧证入手,结合清代郭志邃痧证专著《痧胀玉衡》,探讨蓝德光痧证经验。结合郭志邃理论蓝德光强调热邪致痧,在痧证的诊断方面,持以刮痧验痧证、痧证危急证可重症不重脉的观点。对痧证的治疗以丸剂、散剂、丹剂为主,重视痧证外治方法,较早的提出以酒糟揉洗治疗中痧在里手足筋缩之症,拓宽了治疗痧证的手法。蓝德光《伤寒选珠》的痧证经验不仅可为痧证文献研究者提供资料,亦对现代临床有关痧证的诊治有参考价值。
Shanghan Xuan Zhu is a book compiled by LAN Deguang in the Qing dynasty,which contains the former sages typhoid dialectical,medication and sha disease experience.There are few literature records in the past dynasties,and its appearance and value have not been explored.Combined with GUO Zhisui's Sha disease monograph Shazhang Yuheng in Qing dynasty,to discuss LAN Deguang's experience of sha disease.Combined with GUO Zhisui's theory,LAN Deguang emphasis on heat pathogens causing sha.In the diagnosis of sha disease,LAN Deguang holds the view that scraping is used to test the sha disease,and the critical syndrome of sha disease can be emphasis on symptoms rather than pulse.The treatment of Sha disease by LAN Deguang mainly consists of pills,powders and elixirs.LAN Deguang attaches great importance to the external treatment of sha disease,and earlier proposed to use distiller's grains rubbing and washing to treat the syndrome of hand and foot tendon contractions,and broadened the treatment methods for sha disease.The experience of Sha disease in LAN Deguang's Shanghan Xuan Zhu can not only provide information for researchers of Sha disease literature,but also have reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of Sha disease in modern clinical practice.
