摘要
“发酵工程实验”课程是应用于生物科学专业的专业核心课,旨在培养和锻炼学生在发酵领域的基本实验技能,为从事生产实践奠定良好实验技能基础。项目教学法体现了课程教学以实施课程项目为主线,以学生作为学习主体,教师则作为引导者的一种新型教学方法。探讨分析了关于项目教学法在“发酵工程实验”教学中的应用策略及注意事项,旨在探索出利于培养和锻炼学生综合素质能力的教学模式。
Fermentation Engineering Experiment course is a professional core course applied to the major of biological sciences.It aims to cultivate and exercise students'basic experimental skills in the field of fermentation,and lay a good experimental skills foundation for engaging in production practice.Project teaching method is a new teaching method which project as the main line,teachers as the leading and students as the main body.This study discussed and analyzed the application strategies and precautions of the project teaching method in the teaching of Fermentation Engineering Experiment,aiming to explore a teaching mode that was conducive to cultivating and exercising students'comprehensive quality ability.
