摘要
板栗作为我国重要的经济作物,拥有丰富的资源。根据国内外对板栗的研究进展,总结板栗贮藏保鲜、淀粉、功能及生物活性物质、固体废弃物(板栗壳和板栗苞)的回收和综合利用及深加工产品的研究现状。以期快速地掌握板栗资源综合利用和开发研究的前沿动态,并期望未来更加深入地进行相关研究。
Chestnut as an important cash crop in our country,has rich resources.The purpose of this review was to summarize the research status of storage and preservation,starch,functional and bioactive substances,recycling and comprehensive utilization of solid waste(chestnut shell and chestnut pod)and deep processing products of chestnut.It was expected that could quickly grasp the frontier dynamics of the comprehensive utilization and development of chestnut resources,and it was expected to conduct more in-depth research in the future.
