基于“实践—反思”取向的农业高校教师专业发展模式的构建

摘要 农业高校教师是提升农业现代化高等人才培养质量和高校教育教学质量的关键,促进教师专业发展是提升高校教师综合能力水平的重要举措。基于“实践—反思”取向的教师专业发展理论,从实践体会、反思体验、成长总结、支持保障四个方面构建,“实践—反思”取向的农业高校教师专业发展模式,旨在促进教师通过多种方式进行经常性的实践性反思,做一名反思性实践者,为促进农业高校教师专业发展、提升农业高校人才培养质量提供参考。 Agricultural college teachers are the key to improve the quality of higher talent training of agricultural modernization and the quality of higher education and teaching.Promoting the professional development of teachers is an important measure to improve the comprehensive ability of college teachers.Based on the theory of teacher professional development with the orientation of“practice-reflection”,this paper constructs the professional development model of agricultural college teachers with the orientation of“practice-reflection”from four aspects of practical experience,reflective experience,growth summary and support guarantee,aiming to promote teachers to carry out regular practical reflection through various ways,to become a reflective practitioner,and to provide reference for promoting the professional development of agricultural college teachers and improving the quality of talent training in agricultural colleges and universities.
