摘要
高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育一线工作者,师德师风建设是高校立德树人工作的根本需要,是学生健康成长的重要保证亦是辅导员工作队伍职业发展的关键条件。当前高校辅导员师德师风建设过程中存在制度边界的模糊、内容要求的模糊和行为准则的模糊等问题。对此,要完善制度建设,以师德师风为第一标准;明晰主责主业,以立德树人为根本指引;强化自我修养,以修身正己为立业之本等具体路径做好高校辅导员师德师风建设。
College counselors are the front-line workers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The construction of teachers’ethics and manner is the fundamental need of moral cultivation in colleges and universities,an important guarantee for the healthy growth of students and a key condition for the career development of the counselor team.At present,there are some problems in the process of the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities,such as the ambiguity of the system boundary,content requirements and behavior criteria.To this end,we should improve the system construction,with teachers’ethics as the first standard;Clear the main responsibility and main business,with moral education as the fundamental guidance;Strengthen self-cultivation,take the concrete path of self-cultivation as the foundation of career,and do a good job in the construction of college counselors’ethics and style.
