摘要
尾矿已成为我国目前产出量最大、堆存量最多的固体废弃物,混凝土是当今最大宗的建筑结构材料,将尾矿作为细骨料应用在混凝土上是解决尾矿大量堆存问题的有效途径。对铁尾矿含量占比不同的高性能铁尾矿混凝土进行了工作性能、力学性能的试验研究,结果表明:在工作性能方面,随着尾矿占比的增加,坍落度数值表现逐渐变差,流动性相对降低;在力学强度方面,铁尾矿与机制砂合成的复合砂作为细集料配制出的混凝土,可以满足规范规定的混凝土强度要求。
Tailings have become the solid waste with the largest output and stock in our country.At present,concrete is the largest source of construction structure material.The application of tailings as fine aggregate to concrete is an effective way to solve the problem of large quantity of tailings stockpiling.Experiments are made to test the working performance and mechanical properties of high-performance iron tailings concrete with different proportions of iron tailings.Results show that:in terms of working performance,the numerical performance of slump gradually deteriorates and the fluidity decreases with the increasing proportion of iron tailings;in terms of mechanical strength,the concrete prepared by composite sand of iron tailings and machine-made sand as fine aggregate can meet concrete strength requirements set by the standard.
