摘要
根据北方地区大坝碾压混凝土特点和试验所用外加剂、砂石骨料、粉煤灰、水泥性能,经多次试配、调整和校核设计符合要求的配合比参数,通过模拟大坝施工验证所设计的碾压混凝土可碾性、工作性是否满足施工要求。研究表明:优化后的配合比参数可有效改善整体性能,在保证各项性能的条件下减少了水泥用量,有利于节约材料成本。
According to the characteristics of RCC for DAMS in northern China and the properties of admixtures,sand aggregate,fly ash and cement used in the test,the mix ratio parameters of the designed RCC meet the requirements are tested,adjusted and checked for many times,and the grindability and workability of the designed RCC meet the construction requirements by simulating dam construction.The results show that the optimized mix ratio parameters can effectively improve the overall performance,reduce the cement dosage under the condition of ensuring the performance,and help save the material cost.
