我国自主知识产权的数字出版平台全流程探索和用户测评 被引量:3

Exploration and user evaluation based on China′s independently developed full-process digital publishing platform

摘要 【目的】邀请不同角色用户对我国自主知识产权的科技期刊数字出版平台进行实践测评,并对比国际成熟的数字出版平台和产业链,提出我国数字出版平台建设需要改进和提升的地方。【方法】采用实践和调研相结合的方法,选取我国典型的数字运营、生产、传播平台的部分系统构成全流程数字出版平台,邀请不同角色用户对50篇论文进行测试,并从功能体验、服务质量、用户体验、数据管理和安全性维度设计测评指标。【结果】我国数字出版平台相比国际成熟的数字出版平台还有很大进步空间,特别是在系统性能、产业成熟度、用户体验以及全流程出版方面都有待提升。【结论】通过不断学习和吸纳国际先进的数字出版技术和实践模式,我国自主知识产权数字出版平台的全流程建设会日趋完善,将助力提升我国科技期刊的自主权、话语权和影响力。 [Purposes]This paper aims to invite users with different roles to conduct practical evaluations on China′s independently developed digital publishing platform for scientific journals,and compare this platform with international well-established digital publishing platforms and industry chains.Finally,it proposes suggestions for improving the construction of China′s digital publishing platform.[Methods]Combining practice and research methods,we selected part of the systems of China′s typical digital operation,production,and dissemination platforms to establish a full-process digital publishing platform.Meanwhile,users with different roles were invited to conduct tests on 50 papers,and evaluation indicators were designed from the dimensions of functional experience,service quality,user experience,data management,and security.[Findings]Compared with the international well-established digital publishing platforms,China′s digital publishing platform still has a lot of room for improvement,particularly in terms of system performance,industry maturity,user experience,and full-process digital publishing.[Conclusions]By continuously studying advanced international digital publishing technologies and practical models,China′s independently developed full-process digital publishing platform will be increasingly more sophisticated.This will further enhance the independence,discourse power,and influence of China′s scientific journals.
