摘要
全面实施乡村振兴战略推动农村产业深度融合激发创新活力,“传统体育+旅游”融合创新是探索乡村振兴模式和经验的新发展路径。运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,构建乡村振兴战略下农村传统体育与旅游产业融合创新评价指标体系,以传统体育特色资源与旅游产业融合创新形成优势效应,实现价值转化和提升为理论基础,按照基础、主体、动力和产出四个层次建立逻辑框架,形成4项一级指标、11项二级指标、18项三级指标的评价指标体系,并对指标体系的有效性进行实践测评。结果表明:一级指标权重排序分别是融合创新主体、融合创新动力、融合创新产出和融合创新基础,二级指标全局权重中融合创新平台、资金投入和社会效益排在前三位,通过综合评价指数确定乡村振兴战略下农村传统体育与旅游产业融合创新发展状况和差异分析,表明该评价指标体系具有较好的应用价值,是可借鉴的评价工具。
The full implementation of rural revitalization strategy to promote deep integration of rural industries to stimulate innovation vitality,"traditional sports+tourism"is to explore the rural revitalization model and experience an new development path.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the integration and innovation of rural traditional sports and tourism industry under the rural revitalization,focusing on the five revitalization of industry,culture,talent,ecology and organization,based on the theory that the combination and innovation of the traditional sports characteristic resources and the tourism industry forms the superiority effect and realizes the value transformation and promotion,the logical framework is established according to the four levels of the foundation,the main body,the motive force and the output,the evaluation index system of 4 first-class indexes,11 second-class indexes and 18 third-class indexes has been formed,and the effectiveness of the index system has been evaluated.The results show that the order of first-level index weight is the basis of integration of innovation subject,integration of innovation power,integration of innovation output and integration of innovation,in the weight of the second-class indexes,the integration innovation platform,capital investment and social benefits rank among the top three,through the comprehensive evaluation index to determine the rural revitalization strategy under the rural traditional sports and tourism industry integration and innovative development of the situation and difference analysis,shows that the evaluation index system has a better application value and can be used for evaluation tools.
