摘要
“大先生”是新时期教师队伍建设的方向,从2010年—2022年获得全国优秀教师、全国教书育人楷模、时代楷模、全国教学名师荣誉称号的47位高校“大先生”的事迹材料文本中发现,他们具有大情怀、大德行、大学者三维画像及十种行为表征,并据此提出促进教师愿景构建、创造教学实践生态、完善组织支持体系的高校“大先生”养成路径,为高校教师发展提供具象的典型示范,促进高校教师自主发展。
“Great Teacher”is the direction of teacher team construction in the new era.From the historical materials and texts of 47“Great Teachers”in universities who were awarded the honorary titles of National Excellent Teacher,National Teaching and Education Model,Era Model,and National Teaching Famous Teacher from 2010 to 2022,it is found that they have great emotions,great virtues,three-dimensional portraits of university students,and ten behavioral representations.Based on this,the cultivating path of“Great Teachers”in universities is proposed namely promoting teacher vision construction,creating teaching practice ecology,improving the organizational support system,which provide concrete and typical examples for the development of university teachers,and promote their independent development.
