“全国教书育人楷模”职业教育教师群像研究——基于2010—2021年度的先进事迹材料的文本分析 被引量:1

摘要 对2010—2021年当选“全国教书育人楷模”中的19名职业教育教师的先进事迹材料进行文本分析,梳理其成长轨迹和职业贡献,发现该教师群体从小立志从事教育事业,将教师作为崇高职业;青少年时期,勤奋刻苦,为实现教师梦而不断磨炼技艺和提升知识水平;在职业生涯面临关键抉择的时刻,义无反顾地扎根教育一线。“楷模”职业教育教师在教学方面独具匠心且成效突出,育人方面成果丰硕且效果显著,科研方面攻克难关并且善于将自身科研重点聚焦在产业发展前沿,以服务地方和行业为己任。通过“楷模”职业教育教师的群像研究,提出建设新时代职业教育师资队伍应从符合本土产业化需要;强调职业信念培育;加强意义建构等三方面入手。 A textual analysis of the advanced deeds about the 19 vocational education teachers elected as the "national impart knowledge and cultivate people model" from 2010 to 2021, sorting out their growth trajectories and professional contributions.This paper finds that this group has aspired to engage in education since childhood and regards teachers as a noble profession. In adolescence, they worked hard, constantly honed their skills and improved their knowledge to realize their dreams as teachers. When their careers face critical choices, they have no hesitation in taking root in the vocational education’s front line. "Model" vocational education teachers have unique ingenuity and outstanding results in teaching. They have achieved fruitful results and remarkable results in educating people.They overcome difficulties in scientific research and are good at focusing their scientific research on the forefront of industrial development, serving localities and industries as their responsibility. Through the study of the group of "model" vocational education teachers, it is proposed that the construction of a new era of vocational education teachers should start from three aspects: meeting the needs of local industrialization, emphasizing the cultivation of professional beliefs, and strengthening the construction of meaning.
