摘要
根据近三年以来全球5.0级以上地震数据,以季度为单位进行统计分析,汇总不同季度地震灾害造成的人员伤亡损失情况。重点对2023年7-9月发生的造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失的5.0级以上地震开展数据搜集、归纳整理和统计分析。通过对重大地震灾害及其伤亡情况进行分析,对比和总结近三年来同季度地震灾害活动情况,提出地震灾害应急避险及预防措施的重要性。
We collect earthquake disaster related information and data through multiple channels on a quarterly basis,and conduct statistical analysis on global seismic activities with a magnitude of 5.0 or above since 2020,with a focus on the earthquakes with a magnitude of 5.0 or above that caused significant casualties and economic and property losses from July to September 2023.Then,we elaborate on the earthquake disasters and their impacts of typical earthquakes,summarize the main characteristics of earthquake disaster activities in the third quarter of 2023,analyze the characteristics of global earthquake activity and human casualties,and emphasize the importance of daily seismic fortification and cultivating emergency avoidance awareness in hazard mitigation.
