摘要
抗日战争中人力物力的动员和投入,离不开医疗卫生工作的有力支撑。中国共产党领导陕甘宁边区建设人民卫生事业过程中高度重视报刊传媒的宣传作用,中央机关报《解放日报》副刊《卫生》为其中杰出代表。该刊属于中央总卫生处主持的专门刊物,秉持“把群众组织起来”的卫生工作原则和方法开展办报实践。该刊一方面注意运用版面语言、社论和科学文本互文作用,积极设置媒介议题,呈现边区卫生政策的重点、焦点及趋向;另一方面应和群众卫生运动,树立卫生模范人物、单位、村庄等,构建卫生工作典型经验的交流学习平台。《卫生》副刊对边区卫生工作的宣传动员,反映了抗战时期中国共产党在“把群众组织起来”的工作理念下,探索党报如何引领、指导、组织工作的媒介功能及微观实践。
The mobilization and investment of human and material resources during the War of Resistance Against Japanese could not have been achieved without the strong support of medical and health work.The Communist Party of China(CPC)led the construction of people’s health service in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and attached great importance to the publicity role of newspapers and media,of which Health,a supplement to the central organ Jiefang Daily,was an outstanding representative.It was a special publication under the auspices of the Central Health Department,and was based on the principles and methods of“organizing the masses”in health work.On the one hand,it paid attention to the intertextual role of language,editorial and scientific texts,and actively set media issues to present the key points,focus and trends of health work in the border area;on the other hand,it responded to the mass health campaigns,established exemplary health figures,organizations and villages,and built a platform for the exchange and learning of typical experience in health work.The publicity and mobilization of the health work in the border area by the supplement Health reflected the media function and micro-practice of exploring how the party newspaper could lead,guide and organize the work under the work philosophy of“organizing the masses”of the CPC during the War of Resistance Against Japanese.
